Visit patients at facilities in Lansing, Haslett or Williamston. Flexible to visit at a day and time convenient for you. Spend as little as one hour a week making a difference in peoples lifes. Heart to Heart Hospice serices Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Saginaw, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw, Wayne and Ingham Counties. Enhancing the quality standards for end of life care, Heart to Heart Hospice porvides a compassionate approach to expert medical care and supportive services for patients with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Hospice care provides pain and symptom control, emotional and spiritual support, while fostering the highest quality of life possible for patients. The Heart to Heart Hospice care team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to meet the needs and whishes of each patient and their family.
