Make a difference in a seniors life visiting and sitting with them at an assisted living facility in Lansing or surrounding area. Spend as little as one hour one time a week holding their hand, reading to them, wathching sports, Playin visiting or just "being there". The most Precious gift you have to give is your time. Heart to Heart Hospice serices Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Saginaw, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw, Wayne and Ingham Counties. Enhancing the quality standards for end of life care, Heart to Heart Hospice porvides a compassionate approach to expert medical care and supportive services for patients with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Hospice care provides pain and symptom control, emotional and spiritual support, while fostering the highest quality of life possible for patients. The Heart to Heart Hospice care team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to meet the needs and whishes of each patient and their family.
