Bring a little sunshine to a loney lady or gentleman. Visit with Seniors at Assisted Living Facilities in Williamston. Read to the patient, look at pictures, visit, hold their hand, just "be there". Spend time with a patient for companionship. Flexible to visit around your busy schedule. You set the day and time. Spend as little as one hour a week making a differnce in someone's life. Heart to Heart Hospice serices Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Saginaw, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw, Wayne and Ingham Counties. Enhancing the quality standards for end of life care, Heart to Heart Hospice porvides a compassionate approach to expert medical care and supportive services for patients with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Hospice care provides pain and symptom control, emotional and spiritual support, while fostering the highest quality of life possible for patients. The Heart to Heart Hospice care team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to meet the needs and whishes of each patient and their family.
