The Seal Conservancy monitors the Harbor Seal colony at Casa Beach, La Jolla, CA. Data collection at the beach has proven to be a vital part of protecting the seals.
The Seal Conservancy needs volunteers to visit Casa Beach and count the seals that are at the beach, and record other important data.
This can be done by entering data from the beach into an online form, or by emailing the information to the seal conservancy.
Any seal count data provided by a volunteer is useful, but the ideal volunteer would be able to provide consistent daily counts.
