C2Adopt is looking for someone to answer phones this holiday season. To allow for our staff to spend time with their families this December we are looking for volunteers to help cover the phone during our business hours which are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Phone coverage can be volunteered for a single hour or multiple hours depending on the flexibility of the volunteer. Initial training would be done with the Office Administrator and then this role would be fulfilled primarily solo at the front desk, all staff in the office are available for phone assistance or questions. This task involves answering the phone and directing the calls to the appropriate staff member or voicemail. Thank you for considering C2Adopt to volunteer your time this holiday season!
