From Internship to Ownership(FITO) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that is offering effective and practical answers to the problems of unemployment and the need for entrepreneurial education and impactful industrialization. We believe wealth creation and the importance of generational transfer of knowledge as well as wealth to sustain the vitality of local communities.
The program will grow awareness and inspire creativity and innovativeness of young Americans to engage the global enterprise contest; an active contest that is often overlooked.
Responsiblities of the Social Media Specialist will include helping us manage and build our social media presence & manage our online networking sites (FB, Twitter,website, Instagram) assist in increasing our visibility, and support marketing and communication efforts for fundraising. 1-2 years experience perferred but not reqired. Work from home available. Part-time flexible schedule.

From Internship to Ownership is a contemporary mentorship program striving to enhance the development of the next generation of entrepreneurs through practical and relevant approaches.
From Internship to Ownership provides the vital program for applicants to participate in practical internship experiences with business owners to gain the necessary skills, knowledge and confidence to become entrepreneurs. Participants are matched with successful entrepreneurs through a process aimed to stimulate the ownership process. Mentees receive expert guidance and the necessary skills needed to develop their own business, or the opportunity to partner with their mentor’s business. In turn, mentors are provided with a mentee that helps them to augment their business and build its wealth.
