Join our dedicated Race for the Cure Planning Committees in putting together our New Hampshire Komen Race in Portsmouth. It is the passion and support of each volunteer that helps us raise vital funds to reach our mission of a world without breast cancer.
In 2016, the NH Race raised over $70,000 with more than 500 people walking and running for the cure.
The committee meets about once a month from November to April and then will meet more frequently as the race comes closer.
Interested in learning more about the committee? Come to our Committee Kickoff Event on 11/8/16 at 6:30 pm at the Great Bay Community College, 320 Corporate Dr, Portsmouth, NH 03801.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure works to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all, and energize science to find the cure for breast cancer.
Description
A minimum of 25 percent of the net income from each domestic Affiliate Race supports the national Komen for the Cure Grant Program, which funds groundbreaking breast cancer research, meritorious awards and educational and scientific conferences around the world. Up to 75 percent of the net income from each domestic Affiliate Race stays in the local community to fund breast health education, breast cancer screening and treatment projects.
