About Rae of Hope of Baton Rouge Inc.

Location:

4919 JAMESTOWN AVE STE 204-F, BATON ROUGE, LA 70808, US

Mission Statement

Rae of Hope, Inc., a non-profit organization, wants to bring the Glory of God into the lives of individuals/ families needing assistance and support in violent and abusive situations. This organization hopes to bring awareness to the severity of stalking and domestic abuse of female or male victims, and their children. We hope to change the laws and sentencing surrounding these crimes. We want to educate and bring awareness of just how dangerous stalking is and how fatal stalking and domestic violence can be if it goes unpunished and untreated.

Description

Since the day of Rae's death, we knew that there had to be a higher purpose and reason for such a beautiful & loving soul to have been taken so inhumanely and tragically. Very soon after, we understood our cause and purpose and aligned that with the giving and loving nature of Rae, which is what led to the birth of Rae of Hope, Inc.

Rae of Hope is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women, men, and children who have been victims of domestic violence and/or stalking. Our organization helps these survivors with the steps it takes to start a new and brighter beginning.

After the untimely death of our beloved Rae, God placed a calling on Ms. Harvey's (The founder/director of Rae of Hope) heart and the siblings of Rae, to come together to assist in putting a stop to these senseless crimes against innocent lives, that leave so many hurt and in pain in the wake of such heartless violence.

We are centrally located in the heart of Baton Rouge, LA, and have advocates in Minneapolis, Atlanta, New York, North Dakota, Las Vegas, Florida, Chicago and Texas. All of our advocates are ready and willing to provide useful and helpful information to survivors. Our advocates also provide contacts for local organizations that we are partnered with, to render aid to those in need.
