Animal services agents respond to requests for things related to animal rescue and animal welfare. Field rescues, animal neglect/cruelty complaints,spay/neuter resources,foster and adoption assistance are some of the things this position handles. In general we assist the public,as well as, other organizations including law enforcement with anything related to animals. Volunteers make their own schedule, we operate 24/7. Prior experience preferred but not required, volunteers need to have some experience handling and caring for animals which can be through working with animals or having had pets now or in the past. This position is available statewide.
