Food Banks receive up to 40% of thier food from retail Grocery Stores. Volunteer Drivers and assistants collect and distribute perishable and no-perishable food from the stores to the food banks. The volunteers will meet at the food bank and distribution site; drive a predetermined route, collect food from donation sites, and unload food when returning to the food bank.
Qualifications - Ability to work as a team player and interact appropriately with the professional community at the donation sites. Able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Various shifts are available from M-F 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Locations: North Seattle, Everett, Sultan, and Mill Creek
