Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Tax Preparer Volunteer-Make an impact in your community by helping low income families and individuals prepare their tax returns. No specific math skills or tax preparation experience is required... just your passion to help! Software training, ongoing training and staff support provided. Volunteers need to commit to ongoing shifts from January through April. Flexible hours and shifts are available for weekdays, evenings and weekends.
