TAF Academy is a 6th-12th grade STEM-focused public neighborhood school that prepares students for college and careers via a project-based curriculum. One of our primary goals is to enlist students as active participants in their own education, ensuring each students has the knowledge and experience to use STEM as a tool for positive social change; starting in their own community.
Currently, the students in our Chinese class are learning what it takes to start a Restaurant. They are responsible for writing a business plan and everything else it takes to get the Restaurant up and running.
We need experienced restaurant owners to come speak to the students about thier experience and review thier business plans.

TAF is a nonprofit leader redefining Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education in public schools.
