Bring a smile to a lonely lady or gentleman patients face. Spend time with him or her reading, looking at pictures, visiting, holding their hand or just "being there". Spend as little as one hour one time a week visiting with a patient in your area at an assisted living facility. Volunteer around your busy schedule visiting at a time convenient for you. Orientation and training provided at no cost to you. This will be one of the most rewarding experiences you could ever have. Call or email for more information.

Enhancing the quality standards for end of life care, Heart to Heart Hospice porvides a compassionate approach to expert medical care and supportive services for patients with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Hospice care provides pain and symptom control, emotional and spiritual support, while fostering the highest quality of life possible for patients. The Heart to Heart Hospice care team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to meet the needs and whishes of each patient and their family.
