About

Do you want to use your skills to build a beautiful intranet website for a nonprofit? Are you a webmaster, designer/developer that knows HTML, JavaScript and can write code/ or work with CMS as well as can work well with other graphic designers? We want someone like you to build us a brand new website. This role spans the developer, code, design as well as SEO knowledge and generally the entire gamut of Web Design to render a great website. This volunteer position is unpaid, with the barter/exchange perk of a sponsored trip to West Africa that would cover room/ board, as well as a country tour with flexibility to partial sponsorship of travel ticket cost for up to a three-week duration, stay. The time commitment for this project is approximately 2-3 months or until project completion.

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, smart, creative and dedicated Webmaster/ developer and builder who will truly commit to making sure that BCB gets a new website. Someone who really wants to donate his/her time, is professional, and excited to share her or his expertise to help our nonprofit in this very important re-launch phase of our growth. You understand the use of our site as a great tool to impact our mission and will do what is required to empower us to achieve our mission. You are passionate about our cause. Prior nonprofit experience not required. Please provide examples of your work or a portfolio. Volunteer perk will be a sponsored trip to Togo, West Africa!
