The Gloria Gainer Ministries is seeking three (6) professional level board of director members who will help aid, assist and protect the investiments of shareholders and partners with in the organization.

We are seeking the following individuals who have the compassion to see the mission, vision and purpose fulfilled. We are also seeking like minded indviduals who have a heart for the community.

The future board of directors should look forward to assisting in the following areas:

* Determine the Organization's Mission and Purpose.

* Support the Executive and Review His/Her Performance.

* Ensure Effective Organizational Planning.

* Ensure Adequate Resources.

* Manage Resources Effectively

* Enhance the Organizations's Public Image.

* Help grow the organization with fundraising campaigns.

Other roles and responsibility will be revised for the board of directors, within the managment and structure of the foundation ministry.
