A Precious Child, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of disadvantaged and displaced children and families in Colorado by improving their quality of life.
Precious Gift is our holiday program, which provides gifts to children who otherwise would not receive any during monumental times in their life such as the holiday seasons. During the holiday's, we collect the top three whishes of children in need and we partner with various churches, organizations, and individuals to fulfill each child’s wish! We are hoping to serve 7,400 children this year!
Volunteer at the Christmas Giving Tree table in shifts at the Flatiron Crossing Mall, Orchard Town Center or Northfield Stapleton Mall. Distribute present tags and encourage people to donate gifts for children. Shifts available daily November 25 through December 24. Youth volunteers of any age with an adult and youth 15 years+ unsupervised.

A Precious Child envisions a future where every child grows up to be a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community.
Description
A Precious Child assists children and families facing difficult life challenges such as abuse and neglect, crisis situations, and poverty. We work with more than 300 agency partners throughout eight counties which include Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, and Weld Counties to identify children and families in the most need of our services. Our core initiatives help build the whole child, in addition to meeting basic human needs through our Resource Center, we also help children and their families navigate community resources.
We aim to bridge the gap in a child’s education so that they can become a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community as adults.
