Twin Cities Pet Rescue is seeking one or more Home Visit Coordinators to help support our Foster and Adoption Coordinators by arranging home visits for potential foster and adoptive families. Home Visit Coordinators will be responsible for the following: 1. Work closely with Foster and Adoption Coordinators to determine when a home visit is needed; 2. Communicate with potential foster and adoptive families when scheduling a home visit; 4. Arrange one or more volunteers to complete a home visit; 5. Follow up with each volunteer after a home visit and send results of each home visit to the Foster and Adoption Coordinators; 6. Train volunteers on how to complete home visits and ensure volunteers are completing home visits appropriately. This position will require approximately 5-10 hours per week. Home Visit Coordinators should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and be familiar with the Twin Cities area. No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
