Farnsworth Metropark is in need of regular park maintenance volunteers to help out on a weekly or monthly basis. Volunteer activities include:
- trail maintenance
- light construction
- planting and maintaining garden beds
- invasive plant control
- litter pick up
Volunteers are needed during daytime hours throughout the week. Training provided.

Description
We are a county-wide park system in northwest Ohio consisting of 14 parks, covering over 12,000 acres of protected natural land and including 120 miles of trails. Metroparks of the Toledo Area promotes conservation and restoration, encourages active lifestyles, and nurtures lifelong learning and an appreciation for natural resources.
