FDAAF is looking to develop an adventure video game as a way to talk about serious issues through entertainment and technology. We would like to invite 3D character artists who can think outside the box and can amaze us with creativity and skillset in participating in such a project. We're looking to develop 3D characters based on provided concept art. An above-average understanding of working within a game engine and pipeline needed.

Be part of something no one has attempted before. Our goal is to promote disability empathy and we have chosen a modern medium. The main character is a person with a disability dealing with emotional and physical trauma, interacting with other characters and solving a case of his missing girlfriend.

The basic mechanics of the game would be making choices and solving the puzzles more so than any violent approach. Through this new media we would like to show how a person with disabilities is dealing with his day to day obligations and obstacles.

The game also touches on such important issues as gender, sexuality, family abuse, unemployment and bureaucracy, but is mostly about life choices, hope and love.

The game would be produced on Unity 3d engine, including motion capture.

Experience with contemporary characters, not fantasy creatures

Strong traditional drawing skills and knowledge of the human anatomy

Courage to share your opinion and being creative part of the project
Passion about design and improving your skills

Please show your digital portfolio.

Experience with Unreal engine or Unity3d engine

We have a few publishers interested in the product, so everybody involved in that case has a chance to be fully employed in the foundation after the demo is be accepted.
