Facility & Maintenace Volunteers are needed to help maintain our builidng, the home of the Essex County Child Advocacy Center, also known as Wynona's House.
The Facility & Maintenance Department is dedicated to creating and maintaining an environment that is child-friendly and ensures safety and security. Additionally, the department works hard to ensure that the facility is a great place for our team to work and help our children.
Duties will be based upon your intersts, skills and experience and may include: changing light bulbs, replacing soiled carpet tiles, painting, moving furnishings, special projects, light snow removal, helping to maintain the parking lot, inventorying furnishings and other small projects.
All volunteers must pass a thorough background check and attend introductory training. Great opportunitie for retirees!
