About

The Nature Conservancy is a worldwide conservation organization who's mission is to protect the lands and waters on which all life depends. In Wisconsin, we do this by stewarding land across the state.

Sometimes, we need help with certain tasks to help us accomplish our mission. One of those, is maintaining the places we work!

We have 18 chairs and 4 benches that were donated to us and we need someone to wash the woodwork on them with Dawn dish soap and water. And, if anyone is good at woodworking, some of the chairs and benches need to be lightly sanded and stained.

This is a great opportunity for someone who may not be able to get outside with us in our traditional field settings, or for someone who has some more techinical skills they would like to apply. Timing is flexible and can be discussed further.
