charitySTRONG offers two, free, online programs: Directors U, our governance education resource center, and onBOARD, our matching service for director candidates and organizations seeking new board members. Over 2,500 candidates and nonprofits are using our programs.

Board service enables individuals to give back to their communities, develop leadership skills and expand their networks, while nonprofit organizations benefit from diverse and engaged board members who possess governance expertise. Through its advancement of effective board leadership and governance, charitySTRONG’s programming helps organizations deliver services that make a measurable change in the quality of life for the communities they serve.
