Calling all dietitians, nutritionists, and/ or cooking enthusiasts!

To help drive our mission the American Heart Association offers a series of health and wellness Lunch & Learn presentations for corporations. These interactive sessions will inspire, teach and encourage employees to lead healthier lifestyles at home and in the workplace. The American Heart Association is seeking volunteers interested in leading cooking demonstrations at varies corporations in the Denver Metro area.

Simple Cooking with Heart - Cooking Demonstration

Simple Cooking with Heart is an American Heart Association program and website anyone can access with dozens of heart healthy recipes and cooking instructional videos that make preparing food at home easier. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to lead these cooking demonstration in diverse workplaces to show the ease and simplicity of the Simple Cooking with Heart recipes. Our cooking demonstrations can be conducted anywhere - no kitchen or stove required!
