Help save lives! The American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery program allows volunteer drivers to use their own automobiles to transport cancer patients to and from their cancer treatment and doctor appointments. Volunteer drivers sign up for rides on-line, and can choose rides that fit into their schedule. Drivers are needed in Boone County to drive patients to appointments in Columbia, MO. Volunteer drivers must be between the ages of 18-84, have a current driver’s license, insurance, and agree to a background check.
