Volunteer tutors needed to assist teacher in intermediate, English language class.
When:
- Monday & Tuesday
- 9:00-11:30
Skills/Experience:
- No specific skills or experience are required--only a positive and patient attitude!
- Tutor training provided.
Many of the students are rather low-level readers and English speakers, so progress can be slow.

Description
Learning centers enable adult students to prepare to earn their High School Equivalency (HSE, past: GED) and strengthen basic skills for job training and post secondary education. One-on-one tutoring helps adults strengthen their basic reading, math, and language skills.
