The LUNG FORCE Run/Walk is raising awareness and funds to help those impacted by lung cancer and other lung diseases, including asthma and COPD. Our Walk features LUNG FORCE Heroes and their families, a LUNG FORCE Action Passport to interactive education areas, fun games and activities, and inspiring stories of hope. So, join with us as we share our voices and rally our friends, neighbors and colleagues to join the fight against lung cancer-and for lung health. We need volunteers to help with all aspects of the event from setting up, helping to run the actual event, packet pickup, and more! For more information and to register to volunteer for the event, please visit lungforce.org/runwalk or call us at 407-425-5864.

Description
For more than 120 years, people living in America have trusted the American Lung Association to protect their lungs, whether it is researching treatments & cures for lung disease, keeping kids off tobacco, including e-cigarettes, or advocating for laws that protect the air well all breathe. Because when you can't breathe, nothing else matters.
The American Lung Association's mission is to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease. We do this through education, advocacy, and research.
More than 20 million individuals each year are helped by the Lung Association's programs & initiatives. We support everyone in this country through education, advocacy, & research. We impact lives by working to defeat lung cancer, championing clean air for all, improving the quality of life for those living with lung disease & their families, and creating a tobacco free future.
In Central Florida, we host two signature fundraising events - The Fight For Air Climb & LUNG FORCE Run/Walk 5K. For more information about either event, please contact Central@lung.org.
