Our friendly Patient Transport team are looking for volunteer drivers. Drivers support our patients with a terminal illness to get to their appointments safely and comfortably, and also provide company and a chat.
As a Patient transport Driver Volunteer your role will include:
- Driving patients to and from our Outpatients centre in your own vehicle.
- Ensuring patients' safety and comfort.
- Feeding back relevant information from patients to the Transport Coordinator.
Could you volunteer for us on weekday (Mon-Fri)? We ask for a minimum of half a day per week for at least 6 months.
