The Storehouse Food Pantry is beginning a neighborhood pantry model that takes food to areas of Albuquerque that have the most need. Our first location is the Westside Community Center on Isleta Blvd. Dates are: November 5, 2016, December 10, 2016, January 7, 2017, February 4, 2017, March 4, 2017, April 1, 2017, May 6, 2017, June 3, 2017, and July 1, 2017. Volunteer positions include: Volunteer Coordinator, Volunteer Check In, Packing Lead, Greeter/Bag Distributor, Product Leads, Distribution Team, and Carry-Out Lead. All volunteers must have good "people skills." Most positions only require light lifting. Two of the positions would involve heavier lifting.
