Operation ELF is an all-volunteer gift-giving organization that brings hope, joy, and the spirit of the holidays to children who are wards of the state or in transitional living situations: Serving Nashua Children’s Home, Transition House, Jewish Family & Children’s Services, Children’s Services of Roxbury, among others.
Volunteer with ELF:
Operation ELF New England has a variety of teams that support the various aspects of our holiday giving. We need volunteers with a wide range of skills, but mostly with a willingness to reach out to others in generosity, to share your time and your holiday cheer, and to have a lot of FUN! Some of the things we need help with include:
- Publicity - spreading the word
- Decorations for the event
- Preparing the holiday packages
- Delivering gifts to the charities
- Setting up the event & breaking it down afterwards
- Preparing and serving food at the event
More information on the volunteer opportunities are listed here.
Email us if you would like to join one of our teams. Or click here to find out how you can sponsor a child.
. Our goal is to give more than 1,000 kids their wish list come true so please pass the word to family and friends! Donors will often know only the child’s first name, age, sizes, and gender. Wish list donations are $50 or less per child. Join our team of ELF volunteers . (Antlers optional!). Bring your family to our annual Operation ELF event
