The 6th Annual D&L Heritage Half Half Marathon is fast approaching on November 6. We are looking at a banner year with close to 1000 runners & walkers already registered. We are confident we will reach our limit of 1000 participants. In order to make this race run smoothly, we are in need of many volunteers.

As you will see, we have several volunteers who have already signed up, but there are many gaps where we are still in need - packet pick-up (11/5), Parking at the start and finish areas, check-in, Bag collection and pick-up, course marshals, etc.
Look over the volunteer opportunities and add your name where you would be able to help.

The Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that preserves historic pathways that carried coal and iron from Wilkes-Barre to Philadelphia. Today, the D&L Trail and the National Canal Museum connect people to nature, culture, communities, recreation and our industrial heritage.
The Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (D&L) is working to connect th 165-mile D&L Trail through 5 Pennsylvania counties, (Carbon, Luzerne, Northampton, Lehigh and Bucks) by 2020. The D&L also manages the National Canal Museum in Easton, home of PA's only mule-drawn canal boat ride.
