Stark County Rebuilding Together is in need of community volunteers to assist the advisory council in its mission to ensure low-income Stark County U.S. Military families and Veterans have safe and healthy homes.
'Volunteers for Veterans' can sign up as available for various community information sessions and fundraising events. No specific amount of commitment is required, simply provide your contact information to be included on email requests for assistance and help when you can.
RTNEO Stark holds approximately 8-10 events per year. Including: Veterans Service Day wherein volunteers and skilled laborers make home repairs and modifications to 2-3 Veterans’ homes; Sell tickets, set up, and work events to raise funds for service areas outside of key grant-funded areas; Information tables with activities at community events to obtain applications for repairs and increase overall awareness of RTNEO Stark in the community.
