We are looking for a calm, empathic individual to check in our clients with memory issues. Once we develop and implement our program of mental activities and support groups for people with early-onset dementia with their supportive friends.
The receptionist will be required to have intake forms filled out, accept payment, and print out a receipt for the clients.
The receptionist may be asked to assist in preparing light snacks for the clients. If desired, the receptionist will be welcome to participate in the activities with the clients, other volunteers and caregivers.
This can be a shared position between 2 people who may want the flexibility of alternating hours with someone else.

Mission Statement
Memory DayByDay is passionate about working with people diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia before the age of 65. We want to support them as well as their caregivers. We also want to help those concerned with memory issues by offering screening that includes follow-up with recommendation. We will have mental and social activities for those with dementia to help them stay active and connected for as long as possible.
Description
We are a nonprofit corporation with five board member: Tricia Bruketta, President; Michael McDonald, Vice-President; Kati Knox, Secretary; Chad Pennebaker, Treasurer; Dolores Sirca.
We are, at this time, an all-volunteer organization and just starting to serve those with dementia. We incorporated on 7/6/2015 and now want to reach to a start serving people with early-onset dementia.
We are a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.
