Fundraiser Volunteer for Touch-a-Truck

We are looking for volunteers to help run this event with our local non-profit. Volunteer duties could range from helping sell tickets, to running games for children, or helping give out refreshments for vendors. We may need help with just overall set up and break down as well. Volunteers will need to conduct a short phone interview and then show up for their assignment on the day of the event.

Postpartum Education and Support is a local non-profit that helps support new moms and families. This Touch-a-Truck is our biggiest fundraiser of the year.

A Touch-A-Truck event gives local children and adults alike a chance to fulfill those childhood curiosities while learning and interacting with businesses in our community. Kids can interact with not only the truck, but with the "heroes" that operate and drive them. They can hear sirens, watch the tractor bucket move, and learn about the safety of vehicles through fun interactive play and exploration. Children love the glimpse into the inner workings of these awe-inspiring giants and the tasks they perform.
