Are you looking for a way to give back to your community and have a few hours a week to volunteer? We are looking for volunteers who can commit to 8-12 weeks of volunteering and help out in the food bank and warehouse during regular business hours (M-Th 8-4:30 and Fridays 8-3:30). Volunteers will help with preparing clients food orders, sorting donations and helping with other warehouse tasks. We are currently trying to fill spots May-August and each shift is 2 hours.
If you are interested, please go to https://communityactionprovo.volunteermatters.org/register to create an account. Once you register, please sign up for a Food Bank-First Time Volunteer Training Shift. After training, we will assign you to a shift that works for you.
Email Hillary at Volunteer@communityactionuc.org if you have any additional questions.
