Fantasy of Lights is a 1.5 mile drive-through holiday lights and display entertainment extravaganza for the whole family. Now, in its 18 th season, Fantasy of Lights continues to be one of the premier holiday light displays in Northern California.
Volunteers are needed each night to act as safety ambassadors at the Fantasy of Lights exit. They will say goodnight to visitors, remind them to turn on their headlights, remind all passengers to buckle up, and will assist Rangers with directing traffic.
Five (5) volunteers are needed each night to assist park staff from 5:30 p.m. to as late as 10:00 p.m. on busier nights. Volunteers will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the University Avenue exit gate near the Lakeview Group Area parking lot.
No special skills are needed, but please note: Volunteers must be 14 & 15 years of age require adult supervision during the event. Volunteers 16 & 17 years of age require a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Volunteer 18 and over will sign a waiver upon arriving at the event.
Volunteer hours can be applied to school or community organization service hours. Please come prepared for cold and/or wet weather - rain or clear skies, the show goes on nightly! Please bring your own water bottle to refill.

Since 1924, when Stevens Creek County Park was established, people have given their time and talents to help make Santa Clara County Parks special places to visit. In 2010, nearly 2000 volunteers donated over 40,000 hours of service to a variety of projects and programs.
