The Sims-Fayola Foundation is seeking persons to serve in the capacity of our Marketing and Outreach Associate. In this position, the associate will:
1. Email our marketing material to our establshed data base.
2. Seek new contacts to add to our data base.
3. Create marketing material as directed by the CEO.
4. Make phone calls to current and potential clients.
5. Manage our social media platforms.
6. Create new databases.
7. Create our newsletters using our established template.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Sims-Fayola Foundation is to improve the life outcomes of urban males in K-12 grades.
Description
We are all aware of the myriad of dismal statistics that are associated with urban males as it relates to life outcomes and school success.
The narrative for this population has been:
* Low graduation rates.
* High dropou t rates.
* High incarceration rates (School-To-Prison Pipeline).
* Low college attrition.
* High suspension and expulsion rates.
The Sims-Fayola Foundation was launched in 2014 to help change this narrative. We boldly accept the challenge to improve the lives of urban males by addressing the obstacles (educational and community) that directly affect their life outcomes.
We use original programming and awareness campaigns, partner with established community foundations and organizations, individual schools, and districts to address these stubbornly persistent issues for urban males.
Our desired outcome is to provide direction, guidance, resources, direct support, and ultimately relief in these areas so the futures of these young men look like their dreams.
