The GMP (Guardianship Monitoring Program) is looking for someone to help out a few days a week with Administrative Assistant duties.
General Duties include- picking up and dropping off mail- answering phones and responding to messages- sending and receiving emails- replenishing forms required by Researchers and Supervisors- be familiar with the work of the researchers (training on site)- completing the GMP Training (on site)- Assist clients with questions, provide required forms as needed-receive new cases from the Clerk's office and preparing them for research- maintain database of cases, assist in preparation of the GMP Annual report- track personnel hours and report monthly and quarterly to the Court (and RSVP).
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook is needed and the Court has its own software program you will need to learn (Odyssey).
Hours are 9 to noon Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Snohomish County matches skills/training and preferences of persons 55+ to available volunteer opportunities and promotes their voluntary service as a valuable community resource.
Description
RSVP matches personal interests, skills and lifelong experiences with non-profit public organizations at over 116 different partner agencies, including non-profits, throughout the county. Benefits of being an RSVP volunteer are: ~excess insurance coverage including Liability, Auto, and Accident. ~partial reimbursement for transporatation costs to and from volunteer stations, subject to certain regulations and limits. ~ongoing recognition and Annual Recognition Event to RSVP volunteers. The only agency tracking and reporting the volunteer activities of persons age 55 and older through the National Senior Corps, RSVP promotes retired and senior persons as viable members of the community, able to share their skills, time and experience through volunteer service.
