Hospice volunteers needed to comfort and be companions to people at end of life.
If you have the gift of listening, talking, reading aloud, music, sewing, crafting and being a companion we are looking for you! If you are interested in volunteering, call AseraCare Hospice at 712-325-1751 or toll free 800-591-2273 and ask for Tanya Jura, Volunteer Coordinator .
Volunteers are a vital part of the Hospice Team and provide a great service. Although each person comes with a wealth of knowledge and experiences, each volunteer receives free training which helps to ensure that they have the information needed to work with the patients and their families.
