Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide support for patients who are experiencing a life limiting, end of life and their families and caregivers. Volunteers are needed to provide socialization, companionship, or maybe sitting with a patient while the caregiver goes out for a short time.
Our volunteers at Heart to Heart Hospice make a big difference in our families' lives and are greatly appreciated within our team!
Full training will be given to the appropriate candidates. Please contact me for more information on ways you can get involved. We have patients in areas such as Houston, Friendswood, Sugarland, Pearland, Pasadena, Alvin, Manvel, and Baytown.
There are also opportunities to get involved in craft projects and administrative duties.
