Patriot Hospice is looking for kind-hearted individuals who are comfortable making calls over the phone to check in with our home patients. These calls will be guided towards making sure our home patients have everything they will need over the weekend (medications, supplies, etc.). So, if you can provide a warm and friendly presence talking on the phone, please reach out to us.
We would like the calls to be made before 4pm. That way we have plenty of time to forward the info to our clinical team, along with giving those families who couldn't answer the phone enough time to call us back while we are still in the office.
