The position of Outreach Coordinator has a primary goal of assisting the Site Director with the day-to-day operations of a specific site, including fundraising and finance management. As with the other administrative positions, there is an expectation for cross-functional training in all areas of the business including, but not limited to, interaction and communication with volunteers, families and donors, facilitation with Leadership Team and site facility, attending and overseeing Night Lights evenings, attending and assisting with trainings. It is also the responsibility of the Outreach Coordinator to represent and execute the vision and mission of Night Lights. The Outreach Coordinator is also responsible for implementing the vision and mission of Night Lights.
