Every day at our licensed cattery, the 100 kitties that live there need water, feeding, cleaning up after (!) and LOVE. Usually we need the most help in the morning, when things are the messiest from the night before. Like, 10ish, EVERY DAY. And on the weekends, at Petco Torrance, Lisa can always use help setting up, cleaning up, talking to interested cat-parents, and then taking down the tables and cages. And during the week, there are two shifts of kitty care-givers watering, feeding and cleaning up after...what a surprise!..the cats and kitties that are showing their cuteness and beauty to the Petco customers that cruise by their suites all week long. Usually not more than an hour per shift, any of the seven days a week. You choose!
Come on! You know there's nothing like that catty kiss on the nose...and the kittens climbing your leg, while you're sweeping and mopping! It can be messy, smelly work, but it's worth it.
And High School students can get service credit for their diploma requirements!
