Because of COVID-19 restrictions, SPORTS Camp will be run a little differently. Activities will be spread out more. Smaller groups will maintain social distance from other groups while still seeing other S4EA families & friends. Meals may be held outdoors. Bus transportation will not be available.
SPORTS Camp offers sports, traditional camp activities. Campers and Counselors spend two nights in cabins and eat six camp meals. Camp Counselors are needed to chaperone campers with developmental disabilities. Counselors must be 18 years old and complete a background check and COVID Release Form. They will be assigned 2-3 campers under the supervision of a Head Chaperone within a cabin group of 6-8 campers and chaperones. Meals are provided from Friday dinner thru Sunday lunch. Lots of sports activities during the day and evening entertainment includes a Talent Show, a dance and hayrides.
If counselors aren't available until the end of the workday on Friday, they are still welcome to sign up.
