The Fit and Food Connection is a new non-profit serving people in northern St. Louis. We provide food assistance to low income families, and empower people to get healthy through free fitness and nutrition education.

Can you help?

• Are you a real estate agent or broker who might know of available space?
• Are you a member of a community group with large, unused space that you’d be willing to share?
• Are you willing to research and compile a list of possible real estate options in the St Louis area?

Currently we have no office space and are conducting fitness and nutrition classes/seminars out of various places that have no heat.

In a perfect world, we would love our own permanent home with space to conduct group fitness classes, a large kitchen for cooking demonstrations, community space to conduct seminars, and office space to keep things running! But we’d also be extremely happy with any community spaces we could have regular, scheduled access too.
