We need adults to help guide our enthusiastic and experienced students through the 2016-2017 Robotics: "Starstruck" Competition.
This is an exciting, fast paced game in which the team’s robot attempts to earn points using mechanized ingenuity.
Come help them experience that Science & Technology can be FUN!!
2 adults needed per team to share weekly training/mentoring sessions.
Who (will you be working with?): We have two teams. One is a middle/high school boys team and the other a middle/high school girls team.
When (do we need you?): October 2016 - April 2016
Training/Mentoring Sessions-Fridays 5pm-7pm
Competitions
Scrimmages
At least 3 local qualifying competitions
*State championship
*World games
*These competitions are based on team qualification.

Description
Cornerstones helps individuals and families survive tough economic times in an already high cost-of-living community. Through advocacy and support services, we connect our clients to the vital resources they need to build more self-sufficient lives. Our success comes from a comprehensive array of programs, wrap-around services that solve urgent or on-going requirements for housing, childcare, food or financial assistance all with the goal to sustain healthy families, secure housing, and financial independence.
