Caring and committed professional needed to teach workshops on various art forms to adults living with disabilities.

Starting in September, we have space/time available on Fridays (during the day) and can also do evening workshops (that begin at approximately 5:30pm). Classes can be taught in one or two hour sessions. Candidates can do a "one-time" only workshop or an ongoing one.

Our students are trained in the decorative arts and many have expressed an interested in learning different art forms to augment their skills and marketability. Some suggestions included:

Calligraphy; Wallpaper Design; Wallpaper Mounting; Fabric Painting; Verre Eglomise; Portrait Drawing; Faux Finishes; Mural Design, etc.

Interested candidates should contact leisa@alphaworkshops.org with a cover letter which explains what they would like to teach. We will then work to schedule a tour of the school and settle on a date.
