Volunteers are needed to help support our Bike MS Ride on Sunday, October 23.

Volunteers are needed at the locations below. Individuals, community groups and families are all welcome!

Start/finish location at Pier 94 in Manhattan, shifts available from:5 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Rest Stop Support at Inwood Hill Park in Manhattan from 6:45 a.m. - 11 a.m

Kiku Restaurant in Alpine, NJ from 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.,

Dwight Englewood School in Englewood, NJ from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Hillside Elementary School in Closter, NJ. from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
