Thank you for considering our company for your volunteer needs. We need assistance with four portions of the event.
Set-up-10/28 Friday hours 6pm-11pm, 10/29 Saturday 11am-12:30pm
Responsibilities-handing artwork, and placing decorations; moving supplies into the venue as prep for the vent. Setting the tables and handing out supplies for each candy session. Placing balloons.
Event coverage- 10/29 Saturday 12:30pm-3:30pm
Responsibilities-- assisting the kids with making their candy, and possibly giving them verbal instructions. We could use more people to recite poems. We need servers for food, and people to clear away trash when the kids are finished with making each type of candy. Handling check-in for the event.
Clean up-10/29 Saturday 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Responsibilities-- Sweeping floors and clearing tables. Removing artwork from the walls. Assisting with the removal of leftover supplies.
Art day (tentative)-10/22 at Avalon Park Library
Responsibilities-drawing artwork and making goodie bags for event participants. Cutting fabric for the kids’ tutus and capes. Prepping the fabric for the kids.

Description
Rebecca Everlene Trust Company was incorporated in 2012 and is a tribute to the owner’s grandmothers; Rebecca Spaulding and Everlene Chambers.
The company has retained its original focus of providing educational opportunities for students and has since expanded its services to include community service options for individuals alongside a host of other community support programs.
