Share your office skills with us in our casual, and eclectic office located in a historic building in the West Bottoms! We are looking for a committed volunteer to assist our staff on an ongoing basis and able to commit 2 - 3 hours one day a week during standard office hours (Mon through Fri, 9ish to 5ish). You’ll help with a variety of responsibilities, but the focus will be updating information via our online database.
Requirements: basic office skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access, confidence in website navigation and ability to navigate in a network file system. Also must be organized, a quick learner and able to walk up one flight of stairs. SalesForce database skills a plus.
