Are you ready to join the foodjusticemovement? Are you passionateaboutequalaccesstohealthyfood? Are you a communityorganizer with a knack for outreach? If this sounds like you, then an internship with us at Alchemist Community Development Corporation could be a great fit!

Our booths are located at a number of Sacramento area Farmers' Markets, and allow customers who are on CalFresh (formerly known as food stamps) to purchase vouchers that they can use to shop at the market, since vendors are unable to directly accept the CalFresh card. We promote the "market match" incentive program, encouraging customers to buy more fresh fruits and vegetables, and provide assistance in helping individuals apply for CalFresh. We pride ourselves in keeping fresh, local produce accessible and affordable to all members of the community in California's Farm to Fork capital!
